What are BiS items to deal highest single target DMG and AOE DMG? RP

I wanted to make an RP and i wonder what items are best to kill things 1by1 and by aoe style.

For highest Single Target damage:

•  Collar of Blue Plasma: + 4 Distance, +2 ML
•  Ring of Blue Plasma:  + 3 Distance, +1 ML
•  Falcon Coif: +6 Distance (assuming +4 from imbuement)
•  Any Tabard: +4 Distance
•  Falcon Greaves: +3 Distance
•  Winged Boots: +1 Distance
•  The Devileye: +20 Atk, +4 Distance (imbuement)
• (Option for the devileye)  Umbral Master Crossbow: +9 Atk, +7 Distance (+4 from imbuement) 
•  Spectral Bolt: Atk: 78

With this set you will get:

• Attack: 98 (87 with Umbral) 
• Skill Boost: + 25 Distance (+28 with Umbral) 
• ML Boost: +3 ML

For highest AOE damage:

•  Collar of Blue Plasma: + 4 Distance, +2 ML
•  Ring of Blue Plasma:  + 3 Distance, +1 ML
•  Falcon Coif: +2 Distance, +2 ML (imbuement)
•  Any Tabard: +4 Distance
•  Falcon Greaves: +3 Distance
•  Winged Boots: +1 Distance
•  Falcon Bow: +7 Atk, +6 Distance (+4 from imbuement)
•  Diamond Arrow: Atk: 37

With this set you will get:

• Attack: 44 (21 SQM)
• Skill Boost: + 23 Distance
• ML Boost: +5 ML

I think ML boost on Coif will help more (damage-wise) on the "Exevo Mas San" + "Avalanche", then the +4 distance would help on diamond arrow
