Anybody knows how to get to this place in Oramond Sewers?

Hello! Does anybody know how to get here:

I went all down the sewers and I got to a place that I could not pass further

Is the laboratory of  Dr. Merlay's. To enter need talk with Roswitha and she give you a Pint Of Glooth after you use the Pint you have 9 minutes to enter in the laboratory.

In the last image (-4) just go to the north and down the staris.
