What tool calculates how many runes I need to make to reach a certain magic level?

There are some tools that calculate how many training wands or potions I need to use to advance ml, if I let the mana rise naturally and make runes, can I know the exact amount of rune I have to make for each ml percentage?

The only tool I was able to find on one of Tibia's fansites that calculates how many runes it takes to reach a certain magic level is: http://www.tibia-stats.com/index.php?akcja=skillCalcMagic Where it says "% to go" you can put 1 to know how many runes it takes to get 1%.
