What happens when I move out from a house?

Yesterday I was searching for a new house for me and I saw the option to "move out" of the house I'm already living in. My question is what happens if I move out? How does it work?

Moving out from the house means that you don't want to own this house anymore.

If you click it and confirm your decision you won't be the house owner after server safe.

There are 2 options:

1) you can move out from the house because you don't want to pay money for rent (especially these days houses costs a lot!),

2) you don't want this particular house anymore and want to give or sell it to someone else. Here you need to put a tick in correct place and write who you want to pass the house and for how much money.
