Do floor resets happens on the same respawn at the same time BUT in different servers?

I found out that the SHLORG floor resets at 18pm on my time (01:00 CET), even tho i dont really know if it correlates with the boss actually spawning or if the same time applies to all the other servers...

Some floors has a different time reset than others but yes it has the same time in all servers (probably the boss spawning has nothing about the floor reset just a coincidence)
