What is the tiebreaker criteria for tournaments score?

Due to the Sunset of Tournaments, this question is outdated.

During a tie in the tournaments, what would be the tiebreak criteria to rank the players? For example, if 3 players obtained the score of 3000 and 3000 was the highest score, what would be the ways designed to classify the three players to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place?
