During the Tournament can I own a house automatically if the rules say auction duration 0?

Due to the Sunset of Tournaments, this question is outdated.

During every Tournament, the rules can be a little bit different. I noticed that it says for the TRIUMPH it states "House Auction Durations: 0" Does this mean I don't have to wait at all to own a house or I have to wait until next server save? You will have to wait until the next server save. 

House Auction Durations: 0 - Does it mean it will be possible to use casks from the first day of the tournament?
