Can I make another Koshei Amulet?

In the case I lost the amulet already made can I buy the pieces and make another one ?

If you have done the quest previously with your character you wont be able to do it again , you will have to buy it from market or making the quest with a different character.

by doing the quest u mean giving to cyclop all the pieces??

Yes, you can find the pieces only once, you can give them to cyclops only once and you can use the amulet on dead Koshei only once per characer as well. So even if you have a new set of pieces, you need to hand them to cyclops on another character.
