How rare is the Stuffed Toad?

I have killed 2000~ witches and nothing... This drop is lucky or % killed? Or i have bad luck?

Well wiki say 5k witches to get one, so you dont have "bad" luck. I think is %. I get one on Amazon Camp surface.

I think the Stuffed Toad is like the Old Backpack drop, just a special Witch that spawns somewhere, unfortunately I don't have record of where has the stuffed toad being looted at.

That's probably not true, as I've had friends get one in dark catherdral and another in venore swamps, and it's always the same amount of witches that should be there

Yep, Terexin are right. The "Old Backpack" is not the same case as Toad.
