Do I need to wait for the full moon to do The Curse Spreads Quest ?

It is possible to complete this quest any other day that is not full moon or I need to wait another month to complete it?

Yes, it is. You only need to complete mission 4 from Grimvale Quest, and this way you can enter the portal in Cormaya. After doing this mission, you can make The Curse Spreads Quest. 

Edit: You can do the mission 4 from Grimvale any day, you don't need to do from the beginning
