On which kind of server can I buy Twist of Fate?

Recently I wanted to know something more about PvP bless Twist of Fate and I read something interesting that I can not but it on Retro Open-PvP servers.

So on which kind of servers is it possible to buy this bless?

You can buy the Twist of Fate blessing on the following server types:

• Open PvP
• Optional PvP
• Hardcore PvP

There wouldn't be much use for it on an Optional PvP server unless your guild has accepted a war with another.
