Do the Plasma Collar/rings disappear after use or can they be recharged?

Just wondering if the the Plasma items such as Red Plasma Collar  disappears after use like a lot of items, or can it be recharged somehow?

   all those disappear when reach 0 seconds, a interesting thing is : you can sell used amulets and rings if you remove  before the time  expire  on npc  in Darashia.  for 8k( rings)  and 6k ( amulets) .

there are some amulets and rings that can be recharged when the time expires like     and they can be recharged paying 2 silver tokens to the npc  in adventurer's guild.
