How to get the Lion Amulet?

How can I get  Lion Amulet?

I checked  Lion Amulet (Fandom Br) and  Lion Amulet (Fandom English) and they don't have any info about how to get it.

sorry had to modify the answer because someone told me that the boss final also drops it.

Right now the only thing know for sure it drops it is the ancient lion knight that spawns here https://tibiamaps.io/map#32439,32470,7:2
in my server we got one drop by it, this monster drops every single lion item on others server have been reported to get lion plate, sword, etc 

I assume the final boss will also drop it.
