What is a good first charm rune or which are good to choose for a Sorcerer/Master Sorcerer?

i Always recomend to get charms based on the element you hunt more, overall in lower lvl hunts for mages is either ice our energy, think about where you will hunt in next levels, and decide runes in base of it, for example in low lvl mages you can rush in lava lurkers, they are pretty week to ice so freeze is a good option, if you hunt banuta for example most of monsters are weak against energy so would be a better option to get zap, and so go on
