What is the best weapon for a knight train club online?

I trained a little during double skill weekend but i didn't think it worked well, I'm a knight 390 and used cobra club to train with modified gnarlhouds, is it worth to use some weaker weapon with elemental imbuement? Or is it okay to use cobra club to deal elemental damage?

Unfortunately all Club weapons which deal elemental damage has a high element atk, best option would be Falcon Mace which has 41 energy atk, if you have Falcon Mace use it, if not just keep using Cobra club
