Does the beer barrel from Orcsoberfest provide beer?

Hello!

I just farmed 1300 festive points, I was thinking about to buy the "Beer Barrel", but I want be sure if the name if just a decoration or if it actually provides Beer?

The beer barrel from the Orcsoberfest makes you drunk for 30 seconds no matter how matter times you click it. This beer barrel cannot produce beer in any container, not even the beer mug from Orcsoberfest. It's just simply decor which makes you physically drunk without you getting any liquid out of it. It does this animation when you click on it, it doesn't even give you a cooldown:
