Best places to Power Game (PG) on low level Elite Knight (EK) level 43 and 70/70 skills?

I recently started playing again and have got to level 43, my skills are 70ish and I’ve got some money to burn, where’s the best place to pg up?

You can hunt roaring lion in lion's rock in darashia, you will need do the lion's rock quest but is very easy and faster.
