What is the order of the ammunition used from the Quiver ?

In situations when I am using multiply ammunition in one Quiver, which one will be picked first as a default?

According to CIP the smallest stack will be used first. If there are equal amounts, they will be used in order.

I was thiking that it use always the last stack put in the quiver.
