What happens if you are standing in a Spider Web when it regenerates?

Looking at the Spider Web it states it takes 60 seconds for it to reappear. What happens if you are standing in the space when it is supposed to reappear? Does it get blocked, are you standing within it, or do you get pushed?

The spider web regenerates and you are standing within it. Your movement is not blocked, and you are free to move in any valid direction. The web does not break when you leave the tile. If you leave the tile you have to break the web as usual if you wish to pass through.
