Where can I find daily respawns of Blank Paper?

Question

Tibia Fandom states it can be found in Magician Quarter, but cannot be purchased from any NPC or looted from any creature. I'm wanting to know where exactly I can find this item as it is rewritable and I find the sprite rather cool for my collection of documents.

Few of them is located in Magician Quarter- Academy of Magic with Dark Magicians , Dark Apprentice, Mad scientists and Priestiess. 5 of them you can find on level +2, tower which is most to the east & 8 of them on level +2 in the middle tower ( only the first tower- just when you enter the Academy of Magic part, will not have it).
