Will I lose my mounts permanently if I don't renew the premium time?

My understanding is that when the premium time ends, I will no longer be able to use my non-premium mounts.
My question is: will I be able to use my mounts after buying PACC again or will they be lost forever?

by "non-premium mounts" you mean Store bought mounts, right? I must add that there are mounts that you can use as a Free Account, at least for a limited time :)

Hello, you will be able to use all your non-premium mounts when you renew Premium Account. Tested many times by myself :) Same goes for outfits
