How often does Eustacio reveal the pirat raid location?

After randomly visiting Eustacio to check on the pirat raid location, he always answered that his agents didn't see anything. Does anyone know how often he answers with the location?

Raids happen every 30 minutes after the active raid is complete. To know where an active raid is we will simply say “location” to Eustacio and tell us the place.

You need to check until there's an active raid. After it's finished, it is easier to track when next raid will be up.
