What NPCs appear only when it's night in Tibia?

Some creatures in Tibia spawn only when it's nighttime in Tibia. It seems that night & day affect also some of the NPCs in Tibia. What NPCs appear only when it is night in Tibia? Or how does the nighttime affect some of them?

The Ghostly Wolf  appear only in nights. You can found him in south of Cormaya. Its a NPC from Threatened Dreams.

And  in The Order of the Lion Quest you have few npc that change their locations in Bounac 

Wes The Blacksmith ,Jehan the Baker, Onfroi, Dal the Huntress and Fral the Butcher
