Is it possible to obtain a lit small lamp?

This lamp was obtainable when items were transferable from Dawnport but since, seems like it isn't anymore however there is a rumor that its obtainable in Rookgaard and therefor you can transfer it to mainland I would like to know if its still obtainable or if it has become a rare item on mainland as the spellbooks wands and rods from Dawnport

I don't know about mainland, but it's not possible to transfer it to Rookgaard anymore.

found it on someone also mentioned to me that is possible to obtain it in drefia and feru but I haven't confirmed it yet since its a big place
