Which NPC's forgot their own name?

As an example, The Crone forgot her name and time when she was still mortal. What are the other NPC's who have forgotten their name?

A Prisoner in Mintwallin prison is the only one I can think of. Benjamin lost his memory after Ferumbras' attack but he appears to know his own name.

I did a little research on this topic. I managed to find a few NPCs who have forgotten their names. Below is the list.

A Dead Bureaucrat
