What happens to a char in sale transition when an account is deleted?

If I sell my character at the bazaar and during the period that the person has to pay me, his account is deleted. What happens to the character and the money (which he didn't pay to me yet)?

If the auctioned character can't be transferred to the buyer's account, the auction is cancelled, the character stay on its original account, and the auction fee is refunded.
