Should I use Utamo Tempo (Protector) in duo team hunt as a level 100?

New knight starting out (level 100 at the moment), and I was wondering if I should use the spell when fullboxed in team hunt? Even though I could go without it thanks to the Elder Druid.

You are answering your own question. If the healing of the Elder Druid is enough to keep you alive in full box go ahead and use Blood Rage (Utito Tempo) to increase the damage and experience.
