There is a good amount of items at Classification 1 on Tibia, and all of them can only be forged to Tier 1.

But I wonder if they can be any useful for practical purposes, such as hunting or combat instead of being a basic material for other forges... Any thoughts if any of them are actually worth using?

From all of them the most useful one is Mage Hat

not only low levels considering you have 2 imbu slots and put Powerful Epiphany. It is perfect for people who can't afford for Falcon Circlet or Gnome Helmet. ;-)

paladin benefits way more from armor/weapon t1, such as a bow t1 with burst arrow (below 50) or cross with imbuements (worth till 80/105) (because doesn't have any cooldown worth that last more than 4s turning it really poorly notorious), in the other hand a belted cape t1 could help if going to th aoe.

also mages with critical + fatality in mercenary sword perform better than with average wands until higher lvls... i will say really worth until 200.

in the other hand, armors aren't that good t1, and since u can't use it in a summer dress for example there aren't enough t1 items in weapon that could be worth to use while at war neither
