Are there any quick ways to farm dust for the exaltation forge?

I have seen people that have already managed to get the 225 dust cap, which must have cost a considerable amount of dust. I'm curious how people managed to get that much dust, because I barely get 20 from hunting an hour solo. Am I missing something? Is there a very fast way to farm dust?

The most efficient way of collecting dust’s is by looking and killing fiend monsters as they carrying 15-45 dusts¹, plus on the way you might meet some influenced creatures.

I also recommend to hunt in “popular” places with few sections (few players on the whole spawn) as the influenced monsters appear more often in spawns with faster kill turndown- for example Werelions, werehyeanas etc.
