How to get the Character Title: "Admirer of the Crown"?

Hi

I was going through the Character Titles and the first one, Admirer of the Crown is not very detailed. When checking on the "i" icon it reads: Adjust your crown and handle it.

What does one has tod o to get it?

   Acquiring the full Royal Costume Outfit will unlock you the Admirer of the Crown title.

hummm... So Cipsoft refused to hand out an achievement for the Golden Outfit but they made one for that outfit. Interesting
