Does rapid respawn event  affect the Usurpers respawn in Bounac? If so, is there any difference between the respawn close to Drume and the resp in the castle?

Rapid respawn will have effect on the Usurpers respawn at Bounac as they are just like any monsters.

However, the usurpers next to Drume, will not be affected by rapid respawn, as they are part of boss mechanics- Drume & Ancient Lion Knight
