How does rapid respawn bonus work with the percht queen's event? Is it the same like double respawn?

The reward from Winterlight Solstice event lasts 1 week (or until SS of Jan 17th, if you'd rather) and doubles the respawn rate.
The rapid respawn event, for comparison, quintuplies the respawn rate (5x)
