What ways are there to obtain Unrealized Dream?

Recently I discovered that there are some pretty cool 1v1 bosses to kill in Roshamuul prison. I'd like to go and do each of them, but I need the keys to get there.

Since I like to go through the whole process and don't just want to buy the keys, I need to get my hands on some "unrealized dream"s.
Is the only way to get them to loot them from the bosses (or Gaz'haragoth)?

Or is there another way? They sell for about 50k on my server, but if I can farm them myself I'd rather do that.
Extra question: Are there any achievements for killing the bosses or opening the unrealized dreams?

I got a good amount of unrealised dreams while killing the 4 bosses to get the supreme cube, you can kill the Reflection of Mawhawk every week with a team and you can try your lucky on trying to find the real Mawhawk in his lair, well the other options are wait until Gaz'haragoth appears or buying the unrealised dreams on market or the keys..

If you're lucky,  you can find Mawhawk's Lair on the east part of Guzzlemaw Valley. There is a ramp that will only be available if the world change has appeared. You can camp him and loot several unrealized dreams.
