Can the sorcerer Curse spell stack on players?

Similar to how ghastly dragons when they cast curse repeatedly (or from having multiple ghastlies attacking you)
it can stack multiple instances of the spell and do over a thousand damage in one tick, does the sorc spell behave in the same way?

no proofs but so far i know only ghastly can do that, not even mutated bats re-stack curse

the 'duplicate' question doesn't really answer/verify the pvp aspect though.
if you got 8-10 sorcs to curse the same player, can you build up a combo to headshot a high level target?

feels like a pvp strategy that is being slept on (if it works)

Looks like the linked question itself asks about the PvP and PvM aspect ("does that happen when a sorcerer casts curse on another player/creature?"). However, it seems that it still needs a better answer - I've pinned it to the top so that it gets more visibility and hopefully gets more research.
