How do I get the new "Tibia Observer tapestry"?

There's a new Tibia Observer tapestry. How do I get it? Do I need to download the Tibia Observer app?

According to CipSoft, you just need to talk to the NPC Gaberiel, on Harbour Place (Thais) and ask him for the tapestry. This will be valid only until June the first, 2022 and you can get one tapestry per character
