Hello I want to know if its illegal to set up a ahk script that makes ur pc click f1 and f2 in various intervals

No this is not allowed. A script written in any programming language that facilitates game play violates Tibia rules. It doesn't matter if the script is written in Autohotkey or Autoit or C++ or some other language. Software that even clicks only one button is a violation of Tibia rules in my opinion. This is stated in section 3, subsection b of the Tibia rules.

Yes, it is illegal.

An AHK script is legal if it only performs a single action; i.e. you enter one command, the script then produces a single action in-game. More than that is not allowed.
