closed old and used backpack orc only spawns 2 weeks after being killed?

i killed him today and i dont know if i should keep checking it daily, i will start walking more to the left and further down to make sure he didnt walk there if he spawns but doing that i'll have to wait 2 mins to log out instead of my usual 15-20 seconds checks.
