There is any way to know if the Orc that drops the Old and Used Backpack has been killed?

Some days ago a friend found the Orc from Orc Fortress that drops the Old and Used Backpack. Today have "high probabilities" that it appears again after 14 days.

But what I wanna know is if there is any way to know if the Orc has been killed? So I dont have to check every single time?

No, because he is a regular orc and appear with others orcs in the statistics from the server.

I thought the only way is finding this dead body ‍♂️
