closed which tibia boss exists in the game but has never been killed or found?

this boss unlike others that are very difficult to find or kill, in this case he never wants to be found, but cipsoft has already confirmed it within the game and players are still looking for him, tip: he has a common appearance for a boss, hey can you guess which is this mysterious boss?

Samael is a boss confirmed by CipSoft because he is listed in game in the Team Finder. His location is known, but is inacessible. He was never killed and that's why he was not included in bosstiary.
