Are Star Rings enchantable/rechargable?

I have a Star Ring on my Rookstayer character, and I am hesitating to use it on the fear that it will disappear. Does it? Or is there a way to recharge it or enchant it?

No, unfortunately it is not enchantable/rechargeable. It will give you faster regeneration for 10 minutes and after that it will disappear.

NO, THIS ITEM EXPIRES AND DESAPEAR AFTER THE TIME IS OVER.

ITS BETTER TO KEEP IT AS A DECORATIVE ITEM.
