Is it needed to talk with banker NPCs before doing the Bank Robbery Mini-World Change?

I'm wondering if this mini world change has to be activated by writting to npc in the bank?
Or it doesn't matter and I just have to check on the adventurer's guild board if it's acivated?

I've seen question you show but it wasn't answering my question. I didn't meant to activate it somehow to just make this mini world change happen, I was wondering if you don't write to npc who was robbed is it anyway on the board

This MWC is random and can occur at any time of the day. People usually check the Adventurer's Guild board from 1 hour to 1 hour, example: 09:00, 10:00 etc. You don't need to talk to the NPC to "participate". When it triggers, the boss spawns according to the location of the bank that was robbed.

You can have 4 characters logged out on each boss spot and login to find it there without needing to talk to the NPC, for example.

If you find and kill the boss, you can deliver the bag to the bank that was robbed and get the respective achievements.

Nobody really knows what activates this mini world change. For now it's believed that it's randomly triggered and once activated the selected area and bosses are also random.

With that said, I don't think that anyone has triggered it by talking to a bank NPC but who knows.
