Why did they removed The Ruthless Herald from the game?

I was checking out Venore raids on the wiki and I found this out, I remember knowing about this raid when it happened but I was too much of a noob to know what it was. Now I wonder didn't they keep it? and can anyone tell me if it was just a one year thing or it ran for a few years?

Hello Ryocrits, probably they removed this NPC from game cause it was implemented during "APRILS FOOL EVENT"

Then, im pretty sure that we cant trust this npc dialogs and information about Shabal Family.
