When Ghazbaran spawns, does he have a sub-area?

When Ghazbaran is due, does the raid show a sub-area fifteen minutes before the spawn? If so where would the raid sub-area be?

If the raid is in fact Ghazbaran's, there won't be a subarea notification, only the 1-hour prior notification. That way it's rather easy to identify for sure it's Ghazbaran's raid.
