Talk with Domizian in Darashia for a mission. He will send you to find a Tonar south in Ankrahmun. He will ask you to retrieve his ocarina for passage to Oskayaat. The ocarina can be found by clicking on a square next to the altar in the mother of scarabs cave north of Ankrahmun. Turn in the ocarina for basic access to Oskayaat.
