Is there any way to obtain quest keys that has been already obtained by the previous owner of the character?

Hey. I bought a cheap 400ed to hunt some bosses, but it is on different server than my main. The character was completely empty and I have no single key on it. I don't want to transfer it cuz it's not worth only for daily bosses, but I miss some keys.

Is there any way to obtain them than trying to buy it via advertaising tab?

No, if this char already got the keys you will need to buy it or create a second char to get some keys
