Can you still imbue as a free account?

Can you still make imbuements tier 1, 2, 3 as a Free Account? Or would you need to buy premium?

Free accounts can imbue equipment with basic imbuement (tier 1).

Intricate imbuements require a premium account as well as powerful, however the latter one needs to be unlocked through quests.

No, you can’t imbue intricate neither powerfull being free account just basic imbue ( it says at the imbue machine that requires premium account) even if you have completed quest (Forgotten knowledge or Heart of destruction)
