There are many rare items re-sellers in Tibia.

Where do they look for opportunities for good profits?

Most likely nobody will share informations with you where to buy those items :)

But for sale, there are many discord groups where people list their rares.

Also lately I found cool site tibiatrade.gg with many, many items for sale. But prices there.. are at least high.
