Where can I find Mystic Jaguar?

I am looking for spawn locations of Mystic Jaguar to get new mount- are there any known location of its spawn?

A friend found one inside the doors of the north west room (where you get one of Mitmah's key).

This map was shared in the Tibia Bosses discord by Jack Sensacional. 

The blue dots indicate the spots people have found the jaguar.

Nice! ... Got any idea about the frequency? How many days between finding one and other?

Unfortunately not at the moment but I will provide an update once I starting working on my Atab bosstiary since I'll be running around the spawn more :)

Jaguar at the same place as Atab boss. Some people say it can disappear after being targeted.
