Does the Mystic Jaguar have a despawn time?

When found, does the Mystic Jaguar have a despawn time? If so, has anyone figured out how much time it has before it will despawn?

There are two other posts related to this that already have some information, I'll pass them on to you, but so far it seems that nobody knows if they spawn randomly or if there is some kind of mechanism. Some ppl says that it despawn when you target it

Unfortunately those QAs do not have the answer I have been seeking. My question is if there is a known despawn time for the mystic jaguar, not where it spawns or how to make it spawn. I do thank you for the information though!
