What is the spawn time between fiendish creatures?

How long after a fiendish creature expires or is killed does a new one spawn? Does the time differ between killing and expiring creatures?

After killing the monster its 5 minutes to new monster become fiendish. After "disapearing" of monster i belive its instantly new one becoming fiend
